5 Dates Hopatcong Needs to Circle

Because these things are important to some Hopatcong residents.

 
  1. You Need to Circle Feb. 13: On this date, the Hopatcong Municipal Alliance will team up with the Center for Prevention and Counseling to talk about drugs in the borough at 7 p.m. at Hopatcong High School.
  2. You Need to Circle Feb. 21, 22, 23: On these dates, Ruby Tuesday will donate 20 percent of all purchases to Hopatcong Cub Scouts Pack 88 as long as you present a certain flyer, which you can find on the right.
  3. You Need to Circle Feb. 23 (Again): On this date, the Hopatcong Community Garden will host another informational meeting. Organizers hope the garden, which is expected to be placed near the Hopatcong ambulance squad building on Maxim Drive, will open in the spring.
  4. You Need to Circle Feb. 26: On this date, Hopatcong's Knights of Columbus will team up with the Hopatcong Fire Department for a blood drive at the Northwood Firehouse from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  5. You Need to Circle March 30: On this date, Hopatcong's women's club will stop accepting applications for its $500 scholarship for women age 25 or older considering going back to school. Email normarung@yahoo.com for an application.
