Group Wants Hopatcong's Alcohol-Free Message
Win a chance to be featured on Patch and in the New Jersey Herald.
"My voice. My choice. Alcohol-free."
That's the slogan behind the Sussex County Center for Prevention and Counseling's newest poster contest that will land three Hopatcong winners on Patch and eight county winners in the New Jersey Herald. Three writers will also record their entry, which will be featured on WSUS 102.3 FM.
"The media often advertises drinking as 'cool,'" the Center for Prevention and Counseling said. "They make it seem like it's all fun and games, but we know that's not the truth! What would you say if someone offered you alcohol to drink?"
